It saddens me to have to include this section here, but it is necessary.
Age - This site, services, workshops and all things pertaining to Holly Main Coaching are for those 18 years old and older. Those appearing to be underage as determined or observed by the staff of Holly Main Coaching will require photo identification, such as a valid driver's license or other form of photo ID to prove the age of the participant(s). By enrolling and or registering for workshops, seminars/webinars, classes, coaching or any other service or subscription offered by Holly Main Coaching, you attest that you are over the age of 18 years old, all attendees accompanying you are over the age of 18 years old and agree to submit photo identification as proof of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement. If you have already paid registration or subscription fees and are under age or do not have an acceptable form of photo identification to prove your age, email email@example.com
Exclusive Webinars - These are webinars that are exclusive to those you choose to be included in the workshop. Once the webinar has been scheduled and fees have been paid in full, you will be provided with a meeting ID and Password and may distribute this to your employees or others at your discretion. Exclusive workshops may also take place on site at the location of your business or other location as provided by your business/company. Holly Main Coaching will no longer provide paid venues for workshops. This decreases the cost of workshops for all those involved and helps to adhere to social distancing.
Personal Coaching - All personal coaching is done online through Zoom or email. Holy Main Coaching will no longer provide a paid venue for conducting Personal or Group Coaching sessions. This decision was made to decrease the cost of all individuals involved and to help adhere to policies of social distancing.
Preregistration - Preregistration should be no less than 1 week (7 days) prior to the date of of the schedule Webinar. Materials and informational packets are sometimes provided by Holly Main Coaching. No guarantee is given to materials and informational packets being received in time for the webinar if registration is not received at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the date of the scheduled webinar. Many webinars are only accessible by pre-registration.
Refunds - Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If emergency circumstances arise that prevent you from attending the webinar you have registered and paid for, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with "Refund" in the subject line to discuss your options.
Attendance - Workshops with less than 3 attendees may be rescheduled. If a workshop needs to be rescheduled for this reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours of the start date of the workshop via email. Your registration fees will be carried over to the rescheduled date of the workshop.
Logging In - Once you have registered for a webinar and paid your registration fees, you will receive an email with the schedule, link and password for Zoom. Make sure your Zoom is updated to the latest version. You will be able to sign into the webinar up to 15 minutes prior to the webinar start time. You will be admitted into the lobby and once your registration has been verified by the host, you will be admitted to the webinar.
During the Webinar - Please be sure to mute your computer unless the host has asked you to unmute. Please respect other guests in the webinar. The chat function is to be utilized for questions and reference materials only. This will help to avoid clutter and make answering your questions more timely. To avoid interrupting the flow of the webinar, questions will be answered periodically during designated Q&A times. Depending on the length of the webinar, breaks and a meal break may be included in the schedule. It is requested that your camera be turned on for the webinar (you may, of course, blur or change your background). This type of webinar is best given and received when the participants can be seen. Make sure your name appears with your image during the webinar.
Language - Our time together is limited, so please try to stay on topic when asking questions and contributing to the webinar. Derogatory and inappropriate language and gestures will not be tolerated. The host can and will block participants who use language and/or gestures deemed inappropriate according to the host. Once a participant has been banned from a webinar, the participant will have to contact Holly Main Coaching to discuss attending future webinars. Refunds will not be issued to participants banned for inappropriate behavior.
Rescheduling - In the event of emergencies that require the rescheduling of webinars, your registration will be transferred to the new date/time scheduled. If you are unable to attend on the new date/time, please contact email@example.com with the subject of "Rescheduled" to discuss your options.
Disconnection - If you are disconnected from the webinar by events beyond your control, sign back into the webinar and you will be readmitted if necessary. If you are unable to get reconnected, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with "Disconnected" in the subject line.
